2) that the information and data provided and the requested documentation sent to the International Students Office to finalize the enrolment procedure, are authentic.

4) that I acknowledge that I am enrolling at the University of Guglielmo Marconi, recognized in Italy by the Ministry of Education (Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Università e della Ricerca) with the Ministerial Decree on 1st March 2004, whose titles are recognized by Italian Law and by the Italian Education system. The University is therefore not responsible for the purpose of recognizing the qualification in another EU or NO / EU country and for a professional activity or enrollment in a subsequent / other course of study.

The Candidate is aware:

5) of the information and provisions regarding the student as they are published on the site and in any case communicated by the International Students Office..

6) that the student who is not in good standing with the payment of fees, cannot be admitted to the examinations, to the final dissertation and he/she cannot obtain any certificate related to his/her career.

7) that the tuition fees should be paid according to the deadlines communicated by the International Students Office. Payments made after the deadlines, where foreseen, must be accompanied by the payment of a penalty in the amount established by the competent bodies.

8) that University fees paid are not refundable according to Art. 27 of R.D. 4/6/1938 No. 1269.

9) that if the student's academic path duration goes on over the foreseen duration of the course, the student will pay the annual fees till the achievement of the title.

10) that he/she is aware that, without prejudice to his/her criminal responsibilities, in the event of false declarations, he/she will automatically lose the right to enrol, his/her school career will be cancelled and he/she will not be entitled to a refund of enrolment fees.
